2025 May-Aug Building Cleaning Schedule Available on Our Announcements Page
Our purpose is to learn how to draw closer to our Savior in our real daily lives and find healing through the Atonement of Jesus Christ and the support of others. Our groups help in situations of depression, anxiety, resentment, overeating, anger, loneliness, grief, or just a desire to gain strength, joy and peace in our daily situations.
We use two manuals written by the church using scriptures, quotes from General Authorities, and experiences of other sisters. These manuals are a support for sisters dealing with self-defeating behaviors of family members and loved ones and a help to personally overcome our own self-defeating behaviors and concerns of life.
This program Is an amazing help to all women and a wonderful, weekly reminder that "Faith Is for the future. Faith builds on the past but never longs to stay there. Faith trusts that God has all things in store for each of us and that Christ truly Is the "high priest of things to come"." (Elder Jeffery R. Holland)
